Return Process

  Log into your Iright account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
